WLU Brantford Criminology students invited Jian Ghomeshi’s defence attorney, Danielle Robitaille, to speak. A student group cliamed the invitation was tacit approval of sexual assault and threatend to disrupt the event. The event was cancelled. Afterwards, the WLU Diversity Office offered support to the group who tried to censor the event!
